659. Lucullus by Plutarch- summary
659. Lucullus by Plutarch. I learned while reading this biography that for Plutarch history is a neat and tidy sequence which almost naturally flows from one event to the next. Instead of the messiness which I have learned history is fro John Adams. But this fits with a product of the imperial period which by necessity saw the advent of monarchy as a natural result. Shame on you Plutarch.
